Vacation in Banff

Just returned from a great vacation with the hubby in Banff, Canada. We went on many great hikes around the Banff National Parks including Lake Louise. We also spent a couple of days in Calgary checking out the sights including the fabulous Zoo. I am so glad we chose to drive from Idaho so I could take lots of pictures for painting inspiration. Another beautiful area was the Chinook Valley farmlands outside of Calgary. Also, some amazing golden meadows and wheat fields in the Palouse area of Northern Idaho!
